EBUS-guided lymph node biopsy
Endobronchial Ultrasound Model
We recently developed a novel endobronchial ultrasound model for the training of EUS-guided lymph node biopsy. This model uses porcine tissue to resemble a real trachea. Real tissue lymph nodes are located in the correct anatomical position. The tissue haptics when the needle penetrates the trachea and then the lymph node provide human-like experience. Tracheal bleeding can be simulated as well.
